Yoga Classes

My group yoga classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, find balance, and feel good from the inside out.

Gentle Morning Yoga

In this class we connect movement and breath in a gentle way to help us feel good from the inside out. 

​

We move through a simple series of postures and then enjoy a good dose of relaxation to finish. A perfect way to start the day to get you feeling happy, relaxed and comfortable in your body. 

​

Everyone is welcome and this is definitely a beginner friendly class.

Feel Good Yoga

This class is a mix of Hatha and Bhava yoga and is all about feeling good. 

​

We explore our bodies and our lives with a perfect balance of movement and stillness so that we can feel our best selves. Take some time to feel stronger and more flexible in body, mind and soul and learn how yoga can help you to feel good.

​

This class has something for everyone, all ages and abilities are welcome.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm & 7:45-8:45pm

The Soulful Sessions

This monthly candlelit yoga class is an extra special treat.

​

Join me on the first Friday of each month (with a few exceptions) for an hour of flowing, gentle movement followed by half an hour of yoga nidra relaxation.

 

The perfect way to unwind from the week and move into the weekend feeling refreshed.
