I'm Georgina, I am a Yoga Alliance Professionals certified yoga teacher. I currently teach hatha and bhava yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.
I recently completed a Yoga Therapy foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga and I am currently taking these studies further to become a fully accredited yoga therapist.
I've been practicing yoga for over 12 years and I am forever astounded by all the different ways that yoga can bring happiness and strength to our lives. I am hugely passionate about sharing this joy with others and empowering people to take charge of their own health and happiness. My yoga therapy studies have been hugely influential in the way I teach and practice yoga and all my classes are influenced by this wealth of knowledge that I have acquired (and continue to do so).
The more I have learned and experienced of yoga the more convinced I have become that there is an element of it to help every person through every moment of each day, with whatever life may throw their way. The highs are higher and the lows are far easier when we can be grounded and in touch with the present moment and our true nature. And aside from anything else it just feels so good to stretch and be strong in our bodies!
I love that my job as a yoga teacher gives me the opportunity to connect with people and share all that I have learned about how this practice can enhance and improve your life.
