If you're craving a deeper connection with yourself, or simply just need a break, these events offer the perfect blend of relaxation and renewal.
The Soulful Sessions
The Soulful Sessions are back and now on Friday evenings. The perfect way to release the week, and ease into your weekend feeling grounded and restored.
Join me for a candlelit class that begins with gentle movement and ends with half an hour of deep rest in yoga nidra relaxation. It’s a chance to slow down, relax and unwind. Take some time for yourself and start your weekend right.

These sessions are on the first Friday of each month (with the occasional exception), 7-8:30pm in Upton.
