The Soulful Sessions
The Soulful Sessions are back and now on Friday evenings. The perfect way to release the week, and ease into your weekend feeling grounded and restored.
Join me for a candlelit class that begins with gentle movement and ends with half an hour of deep rest in yoga nidra relaxation. It’s a chance to slow down, relax and unwind. Take some time for yourself and start your weekend right.

These sessions are on the first Friday of each month (with the occasional exception), 7-8:30pm in Upton.
Run in association with Health Through Yoga CIC, profits from this class are put back into helping our community.​

Return to Balance
A yoga workshop for understanding and supporting your nervous system

If you’ve been feeling out of balance, stressed, overwhelmed, or unable to fully switch off, your nervous system may be working harder than it needs to.
​
This morning workshop offers a relaxed, accessible introduction to how your nervous system influences stress, relaxation, and emotional balance — and how yoga can help bring things back into balance.
​
Through a mix of gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and informal learning, you’ll learn practical skills you can use in daily life to feel calmer, steadier, and more resilient.
​
No prior knowledge or yoga experience is needed. Everything is explained in a clear, human way, with plenty of time to experience the practices rather than just talk about them.
