Bespoke Yoga Classes for You
Private one to one or group classes are a lovely way to explore yoga in a way that is perfect for you. I truly love being able to create bespoke yoga classes to cater to individual needs and purpose. I genuinely believe yoga has something to offer everyone, no matter where they are in their life and it's great fun to explore the different practices and philosophies we can bring to our sessions. In these private classes I bring together my training in yoga teaching and yoga therapy to provide a class that is tailor made to your needs.
Yoga for Beginners
Getting started in yoga can be daunting. There's so many different classes and styles of yoga out there it can be hard to know where to start. Not to mention that it can feel intimidating to be a newcomer in a world you don't fully understand.
If you have never tried yoga before and are curious or maybe you've tried a few classes and would like a better understanding of the basics so you can feel more confident to continue your practice these sessions are for you. I aim to help you gain a good foundational knowledge of postures and alignment as well as how to bring your breath and mind into the practice to deepen the benefits.

Yoga therapy is all about empowering a person to find balance and health within themselves. There is so much more to yoga than the postures you see in a standard class and there is an aspect of yoga that can help with almost anything you may be facing in yourself and in life. The benefits that yoga has to offer are endless and it is so exciting to be able to offer yoga therapy sessions to dive deeper into inquiring about how yoga can help you.
For the last two years I have been studying a yoga therapy diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. I will soon complete this course and be fully accredited. In the mean time I am offering yoga therapy sessions as a student therapist. I am seriously passionate about yoga therapy and am overjoyed to be able to share the benefits of yoga with the world.

Deepening your Practice
If you have some experience of yoga but feel like you would like some guidance on how to take your practice to the next level I can help. Maybe you have felt the benefits of your weekly class but feel that there's something missing or maybe you would like to gain a better understanding of the alignment and use of postures to start practicing at home.
I love to help people develop a deeper relationship with yoga. If it's right for you we can start to bring some of the lesser known aspects of yoga into your practice like pranayama (breathwork), meditation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). And I can help you to develop the confidence to start a home practice that can stay with you for life.

Bespoke group yoga classes or workshops are a unique experience that is completely tailored for your needs.
Are you looking for an activity for a special occasion? Maybe you're a group visiting Norfolk on holiday, a business wanting to offer yoga to your staff or maybe you and your friends would just like to give yoga a go. I would love to create a class for you. Classes can include hatha, bhava or restorative yoga, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy and journaling.
