Feel Good Yoga

This class is a mix of Hatha and Bhava yoga and is all about feeling good.

We explore our bodies and our lives with a perfect balance of movement and stillness so that we can feel our best selves. Take some time to feel stronger and more flexible in body, mind and soul and learn how yoga can help you to feel good.

This class has something for everyone, all ages and abilities are welcome.

Gentle Morning Yoga

In this class we connect movement and breath in a gentle way to help us feel good from the inside out. 

We move through a simple series of postures and then enjoy a good dose of relaxation to finish. A perfect way to start the day to get you feeling happy, relaxed and comfortable in your body. 

Everyone is welcome and this is definitely a beginner friendly class.

Private Tuition

One to one or small group private tuition is a great way to dive deeper in to yourself and your practice. Whether you are new to yoga or have experience and would like to improve your skills, I can help.

Private classes give us a chance to tailor things to you and your individual needs. Maybe you want to work on the basics of posture or meditation to give you a good grounding in your practice before joining a group class or it could be that you want to look at more specific needs in your life and explore how yoga can help you in these situations.

Whatever your reasons I’d love to hear from you, get in touch and we can discuss how yoga can help you to feel good.

*Classes booked as a block of 4 for the discounted rate are to be paid for upfront. These do not need to be consecutive weeks but please make clear when booking which classes you'll be attending. Sessions can be rearranged if at least one week's notice is given. If less than 1 week's notice is given the class will be charged at the full rate.
